• Context is King: Don't just learn words in isolation. Select a category or craft a custom topic, and we'll generate words and phrases grounded in real-world scenarios. This helps your brain make stronger connections.
• Spaced Repetition (Your Way): Encountering new vocabulary multiple times is crucial. Use the "Refresh Cards" button for your chosen topic to get new examples. Words you "Hide" won't reappear for that topic, allowing you to focus on what's new or challenging. Manage your hidden words to bring terms back when you're ready for a review. (Hidden word capacity varies by plan.)
• Active Recall & Output: Each card presents the target language first – try to recall the meaning before flipping! Use the ▶️ button to hear the pronunciation and practice speaking along. The more you actively use the language, the faster you'll learn.
• Variety is the Spice: We provide the core word, a short phrase, and a longer sentence. This exposes you to vocabulary in different contexts and grammatical structures, accelerating comprehension.
• Smart Review: When you use the "Smart Review" feature, we'll show you the full bundle of cards (Word, Phrase, Sentence). Test yourself by flipping them, listening to the audio, and then rate your recall (Again, Good, Easy) to schedule your next review.

How to Get Started:

1. Select your desired language using the dropdown in the top navigation bar.
2. Use the "Card Categories" menu (slide-out on the left) or the "Custom Topic" field.
3. Click "Refresh Cards" to generate your personalized set.
4. Interact! Click the cards to flip them and reveal translations. Use the "Smart Review" mode to test your memory over time.
